Challenge 21 Business Outreach Program
The Challenge 21 Business Outreach Program was initiated by the Elgin Area Chamber's Economic Development Council to improve communications with Elgin area businesses. The goal is to meet with local businesses and hear about their experiences and success and to also identify and address any needs or concerns. The program offers face-to-face meetings with key people from the city of Elgin and Challenge 21 Business Retention Program.
