If you are a prospective business, or site consultant, we provide the community and economic facts you need for conducting a site search through "Location One" and this website. For existing Elgin area businesses, we're here to help you grow. Our services are confidential. Our objective is to expedite the development process. This may be something as simple as providing a basic demographic report or referring you to a contact within a city department. At the other extreme, our department will setup site tours and arrange private meetings with the appropriate parties at the local, county and state levels to win your business.
