National Career Readiness Certificate

When you ask for the National Career Readiness Certificate, issued by ACT, at your business you'll find only the most skilled employees. The Certificate is the work-related skills credential, providing objective documentation of employee's skill that can be accepted nationwide. Workforce Training

Elgin Community College (ECC)
ECC is ranked fifth in Illinois and 61st in the U.S. in awarding one-year certificates. In 2010, the college award 1,470 certificated and 918 degrees, an increase of 27 percent since 2005.

ECC is a sponsor source for on-site custom training. State of Illinois training incentives are used to keep programs cost effective. Visit ECC's Workforce Development page to review the wide variety of of available programs.
