With the Delta variant surging and announcements on the state and federal level regarding mandates coming out weekly, employers are venturing more and more into the arena of mandating that their employees take the COVID-19 vaccine. But deciding to mandate vaccination and actually implementing such a requirement, and doing so in a legally compliant manner, is no easy feat.
