OSHA requires employers to report any serious injuries within 24 hours of the incident, and within 8-hours of a fatality. Employers with a history of injuries can bring about a possible onsite Rapid Response Inspection due to the initial report. It is a common misunderstanding that OSHA will use the company’s Rapid Response Investigation reports against them. This is leading to an under-reporting of injuries across all industries.
Join Tom Bielema and Nick Walters of SCT in this 90-minute webinar that will inform you on the benefits of having a good RRI and how OSHA will proceed forward with it’s investigation following an appropriate investigation.
