Culver's is celebrating its third anniversary in Elgin and you’re invited! We’ll cut the ribbon at this family-favorite restaurant known for its fresh never frozen ButterBurgers, premium small-batch frozen custard, and cheese curds. Owners Ross and Jill Thomas operate by the founding principles of hospitality, quality, freshness, and service to the community. Come on by for cake and coffee, and a scoop of that delicious custard!
