Administrative Clerk - Part Time
Responsibilities: Entry level position with responsibilities including typing, proofreading, maintaining electronic file storage, populating and aggregating reports, maintaining agency surveys and agreements, preparing various documents and providing administrative support to key management personnel as needed.
Qualifications: One year of general office work experience required. Excellent computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, clerical, organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Hours: flexible 10-12 hours per week, Monday through Friday with an option for expanded hours in the future.
