We develop, manufacture and sell the world’s most durable and reliable products and solutions for use in mechanical and plant engineering, broadcast and entertainment, factory automation, power generation and distribution as well as industrial electronics and telecommunication.
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team with a variety of programs and functions including recruitment, benefits, payroll, and compensation compliance/administration, employee relations, wellness initiatives, and other projects that come your way! Further, provide general guidance and support in all facets of Human Resources by performing the following duties:
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt personnel (excluding management positions), including the development and posting of advertisements, candidate search, resume review, candidate screening and initial interview.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including new employee orientation and scheduling of departmental training
Manage performance review process to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, including annual and 6-month review process
Develop and implement company-wide wellness initiatives (newsletters, webinars, activities, etc.)
Assist with benefit plan renewal by evaluating existing plans and making proposals for improvements and managing open enrollment process
Assist in the coordination and planning of company events
Provide management coaching and counsel employees on employee relations issues
Review bi-weekly payroll for accuracy and serve as back-up to HR Assistant for payroll processing, reporting and data entry
Provide support for special projects as needed
Participate in the development of departmental goals, objectives, and systems
Evaluate existing policies and procedures and recommend necessary changes to remain in compliance with federal, state and local regulations
Continually evaluate internal human resources processes and suggest changes to improve efficiencies, if applicable
Other duties as assigned
Key requirements for this person:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Five or more years of related experience
HRIS/ATS Experience - Paycor a plus
Proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel
