“The 11 communities served all or in part by School District U-46 are wonderful places to buy a home, offering a wide variety of home prices, architecture, and environments - from historic neighborhoods to subdivisions to rural areas,” said CEO Tony Sanders. “This annual breakfast has become a great way for us to spread the word to real estate professionals about many of our District’s strengths, unique attributes, and future plans.”
CEO Sanders will speak at the event, during which attendees will learn about the District’s award-winning Dual Language program, its successful play-based, full-day kindergarten model, the unique specialized Magnet Academies located within its five high schools, and how it was recently designated as one of the country’s Best Communities for Music Education from The NAMM Foundation.
Real estate professionals will leave with a toolbox of strong selling points for potential buyers considering a home purchase in U-46.
