YWCA Elgin Leader Luncheon announces 2023 nominees  The YWCA Elgin is pleased to announce its nominees for the 39th  Annual Leader Luncheon supported by Title Sponsor, The Schrieber Group of Elgin, to be held on Thursday, May 11, 2023, 11:00am-reception and lunch at noon, at The Seville in Streamwood.
