Dan is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and earned a Master’s Degree from Northeastern Illinois University with an emphasis in government and political science.

Ruth Munson
Ruth serve on the Elgin City Council and in the Illinois House of Representatives as well as on several community and civic boards.
