  • Annual Dinner Annual Dinner

    Annual Award Recognition to be held the first Thursday in October. This annual event highlights the Chamber's accomplishments and recognizes individuals, businesses and organizations for achievements. This luncheon event also features “Hi-Five Awards”, which we recognize and celebrate outstanding members and their efforts.

  • Golf Outing Golf Outing

    Our annual Golf Classic brings together participants from many of our area's leading small and large businesses.  Our outing is held in August at the beautiful facilities at Bowes Creek Country Club, a top-rated golf course in the State of Illinois!

    Sponorship opportuntied include:

    Masters - $2,400: Foursome, six additional dinner tickets, logo on event signage, tee/green sign, 1/2 page Chamber newsletter ad, one Chambertisement eblast, premier three-month website banner placement, Elgin Area Chamber member addresses, list of golfers and addresses, recognition during dinner.

    Ace - $1,900: Foursome, four additional dinner tickets, logo on event signage, tee/green sign, 1/4 page Chamber newsletter ad, eacWeekly eblast banner ad, premier two-month website banner placement, list of golfers and addresses, recognition during dinner.

    Eagle - $900: Golf for two, four additional dinner tickets, logo on event signage, tee/green sign, newsletter recognition, one-month website banner placement, recognition during dinner.

    Pro Am - $500: Two dinner tickets, logo on event signage, tee/green sign, newsletter and website recognition.

    Tee-Green - $300: Sponsor presence at tee/green, tee/green sign, newsletter and website recognition.

    Other sponsorship opportunities include:

    19th Hole - $1,000: Four dinner tickets, logo on event signage,1/4 page Chamber newsletter ad, recognition during reception/dinner.

    Ball Launcher Sponsor - $500: Sponsor presence and signage at the hole with Ball Launcher activity.

    Beverage Cart Sponsor - $500: Signage on the beverage cart. 

    Sports Massage Sponsor - $300: Exclusive sports massage tables in pro-shop pre and post-event.

    Goody Bag sponsorship opportunities: The Golf Committee has put together many opportunities for you to consider sponsoring/donating 150 items in the golf-related goody bag distributed to every golfer. Those items include Sleeve of golf balls, cooling towel, ball mark, tees, golf hat or visor, divot repair tool, water bottle, sunscreen, lip balm, bug spray, etc.

    EAC's Good Morning Elgin series is a not-to-be-missed opportunity to sit down to breakfast with leading community figures, including a Q&A session and networking. Be sure to mark your calendar and bring your appetite for new knowledge, answers from experts and a delicious hot buffet breakfast at Elgin Community College. Here's a chance to hear straight talk about hot topics directly from the experts and officials whose actions have a huge effect on our businesses, our region and our own daily lives.

  • Thanksgiving Luncheon Thanksgiving Luncheon

    Our Thanksgiving is an ideal occasion to join together to give thanks for our bountiful blessings. One of the longstanding traditions in our community is the Annual Community Thanksgiving Luncheon where we reach out in true gratitude and friendship and sing the praises of unsung heroes in our community. These special volunteers are the very fabric of our community, providing guidance and leadership to organizations in Elgin and South Elgin and it is our pleasure to say, “thank you” to them for all they have contributed. We will also recognize local service clubs and non-profit organizations at this non-denominational luncheon as they provide critical programs and services to our neighbors.

    This event showcases how members (new and existing) can take advantage of what their membership has to offer and how to get the greatest value possible from it! It also offers Chamber staff the opportunity to hear more about your business and learn how we can assist.
