This Webinar will review the various forms of business organizations and their characteristics with an eye towards analyzing what types of businesses and how the goals of the founders may dictate which form of organization to undertake. This Webinar is designed for those who are considering beginning a business, who are at the early stages of forming a business, who are thinking of changing their business form, or who don't know if they have picked the correct business form for for their business. Learn which is the correct form for your business and why it is the correct form.
The speakers for this Webinar are SCORE Fox Valley members Fran Zollers and Tom Carey. Fran is a Professor Emerita of Law & Public Policy in the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University where she taught topics such as business organizations and entrepreneurship law. Tom has retired from his law practice where he focused on business associations and land development.
