QIDP - Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of up to 7 Community Living locations. Operations Manager must assure that all aspects of community living comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and the standards of operation for AID. Responsible for monitoring program budgets and expenditures to ensure programs operate in a fiscally responsible manner. Operations Manager is responsible for the hiring, monitoring and discipline of staff at assigned locations. The Operations Manager job requires on-call responsibilities to assure quality services 24 hours a day/7 days a week and participation in a weekend on-call rotation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Master’s Preferred
- At least two years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Two years supervisory experience preferred.
