    The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, training, and support to all employees in areas of Human Resources. The objective is to help create a culture of helpfulness that fulfills our Noble Purpose and aligns with being Ace Helpful; one that promotes learning and is inclusive of all individuals while remaining compliant with state and federal laws. Areas of responsibility include but not limited to:

    • Employment/Staffing
    • Employee Relations
    • Benefits
    • Training & Coaching
    • Compensation
    • Performance
    • Safety & Security
    • Unemployment
    • Legal compliance
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in HR or three plus years of HR on the job experience; PC literate with knowledge of electronic record keeping; knowledge of basic Employment Law and Compliance; ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality;  skilled as a coach; strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem solving and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and tasks with high attention to detail; ethical with high integrity and able to exercise fairness and consistency.
