    StretchLab is seeking a high-energy, passion-filled sales manager to join our team.  This is an amazing opportunity for a sales-motivated and fitness minded individual to show their love for community and building our brand in a new modality taking the fitness industry by storm.

    StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching.  StretchLab's co-founders came from the personal training industry and created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’.  StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields including physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and the world's leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals.  StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program (FTP) grew out of this expertise and ensures that our clients receive a world class stretching session.

    StretchLab is part of Xponential Fitness, the curator of other successful brands such as Club Pilates, Pure Barre, CycleBar, Row House, Stride, and YogaSix.

    POSITION:

    The purpose of the Sales Manager with new membership sales by following leads and directing traffic to the studio, booking them into introductory sessions, and presenting the prospect to the Flexologist™.  The Sales Manager also assists with retaining current members, outreach, publicity and retail. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
    • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group session and retail sales
    • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
    • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
    • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Must have proficient computer skills
    • At least three years experience in a retail, sales, or member service role
    • Daily and/or occasional travel may be required

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
    • Book and confirm introductory classes, both in-studio and for offsite promotional events
    • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
    • Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship with a prospect, tailoring to their specific needs and wellness objectives
    • Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
    • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
    • Present and describe available services to current or prospective members
    • Book appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas, follow-up with new leads, and missed bookings
    • Plan and participate in offsite promotional events, as needed
    • Rotate stock, perform inventory, and display merchandise
    • Be proficient using ClubReady software platform, for bookings and sales especially
    • Ensure studio is clean and tidy
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    PREFERENCES:

    • At least five years in a retail, sales, or member service role
    • Proficiency with social media platforms (minimally Instagram and Facebook)
    • Familiarity with on-trend fitness clothing brands
    • Experience with ordering, stocking, displaying merchandise
