            ART SHOW A HUGE SUCCESS!

Despite Covid 19 restrictions and relentless rain that evening the 2020 Client Art Show held September 10th at Ecker Center was extremely successful.  Abstract artists, balloon artists, writers, portrait painters and landscape artists alike put on a terrific show -- and earned almost $1,000 selling their products.

Perhaps best of all, art that wasn't sold is now "on loan" to Ecker Center.  Come on in and take a look.  Our walls have never been so bright and inviting.  Thanks to all who participated!

    NOVEMBER GALA CANCELLED BUT....

We hung on as long as we could but in the end had to cancel our November 14th One Magical Evening annual fundraiser. Instead we will be holding an on-line auction featuring:
    GIFTS THAT GIVE BACK
On Saturday November 14 from 9 to 5 we will be auctioning off one-of-a-kind gifts for holiday giving. We'll also have a selection of pre- decorated 4-foot trees designed by some of the best decorators around. The absolute best part is you get to give something totally unique and the purchase price goes 100% to benefit the programs and services of Ecker Center for Behavioral Health.  An on-line catalog will be available shortly to showcase our something-for-everyone choices.  You're going to love this!

Ecker Center for Behavioral Health has been blessed by an outpouring of support from the community starting as soon as the pandemic was upon us.  A simple thank you seems so inadequate in response.  Instead, we're populating a permanent wall of brick tiles to have a record in perpetuity to honor those who helped sustain us during a most difficult time.  Individuals who made donations of $500 or more from the beginning of the Pandemic in March through Thanksgiving 2020 will receive an engraved brick tile to  memorialize their generosity.  Three tile sizes are available:
    • 4" x 8" ($500-$999 donation)
    • 8" x 8" ($999 to $4999 donation)
    • 12" x 12" ($5,000 and up donation)
Tiles can be engraved (pending size) with name, message and/or logo of choice.  Both the tiles and engraving are provided at no extra cost to the donor.  For more information or to place an order for a Sustainers' Tile please contact Kay Catlin at kcatlin@eckercenter.org.

Thanks to all who have already made this project such an outstanding success!
