Job Summary: DSP is responsible for the implementation of the client’s Individual Plan, under the direction of a QIDP. DSP demonstrates this through daily documentation of service provided to each client to whom they are responsible. The DSP will assure client rights, dignity, and privacy, while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Be familiar with and maintain all applicable program and agency regulations. The DSP will function as a member of the Interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
Education: High School education/ GED.
Experience: Experience working with developmentally disabled adults preferred.
